Flisvos Marina

The project is located in Neo Faliro - Glyfada area, south-west of Athens. It was part of the “Olympic Hospitality” program of the 2004 Olympic Games and comprises both a building complex, with its surrounding area, and a port that accommodates private yachts. The project is one of the first V.I.P. units in Greece that accommodates private boats and offers high quality services. The building complex’s uses include those of entertainment, retail and administration and comprise basement floors and up to two above-ground levels. The development of the complex and its surrounding area follows a linear axis, parallel to the beach, allowing a continuous, direct contact with the sea.
