The main design idea for the concept revolves around a strong gesture of a tight and clearly defined outline, in plan and section, that of a white, smooth sculptural form, in nature. The helical main façade based on a progressive rotation of the cantilevers gives the impression a perpetual movement, appearing to be light but dynamic at the same time. The design opposes to the immediate urban environment, due to the close proximity with the Glyfada Golf development, while to the southwest, the Saronic Gulf stretches and disappears into the horizon. The variations in natural light, the different views, and the different facets of nature, depending on the season and the time of day or night, establish a canvas of conceptual and visual relationships on which the architectural discourse is developed.
